Spinach, Feta, and Artichoke Pizza
Leave enough time for the garlic to roast!
Ingredients
2 cloves Roasted Garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
Marinated artichoke hearts
Baby spinach
Feta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Pizza dough
Directions
Combine garlic, oil, juice and spices in a small container. Allow to blend for about 15 minutes.
Prepare pizza dough.
Spread sauce over pizza. Add six or so artichoke hearts, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, and then top with parmesan cheese.
Cook at 500°F (or higher) for 8-10 minutes
