Spinach, Feta, and Artichoke Pizza

Leave enough time for the garlic to roast!

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Roasted Garlic

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

  • Marinated artichoke hearts

  • Baby spinach

  • Feta cheese

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Pizza dough

Directions

  • Combine garlic, oil, juice and spices in a small container. Allow to blend for about 15 minutes.

  • Prepare pizza dough.

  • Spread sauce over pizza. Add six or so artichoke hearts, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, and then top with parmesan cheese.

  • Cook at 500°F (or higher) for 8-10 minutes
