1 1 1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 t garlic powder

1/2 t onion powder

1 t salt

1/4 t pepper

1 T flour

1 T worcestershire sauce

2 T ketchup

2 cans corn drained

1 bag prepared instant mashed potatoes

3/4 c shredded cheese

preheat oven to 350

brown ground beef over medium heat

add seasonings and sauces to ground beef

put meat mixture into casserole dish

cover meat with drained corn

mix cheese into mashed potatoes

cover corn with mashed potatoes

sprinkle more cheese onto mashed potatoes

cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes
