Grilled Short Ribs with Scallions and Rice
Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
8 flanken style beef ribs (about 1 lb)
12 scallions
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
steamed rice
Directions
In bowl, mix first 6 ingedients. Add ribs and turn until coated.
Heat grill or grill pan over high
Cook ribs and scallions, turning often, until ribs are cooked through, about 5 min.
Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Serve with rice
