Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1/2 lb ground beef

  • 1 onion

  • garlic

  • 1 can of chicken mushroom soup

  • 1/2 bay leaf

  • 5 squirts of worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper

  • 1 c sour cream

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • wide noodles

Directions

  • cook wide noodles

  • sweat onions, low heat until translucent

  • brown ground beef and garlic, drain grease

  • add can of chicken mushroom soup, bay leaf, and worcestershire sauce, cook for 10 minutes

  • add crushed red pepper and sour cream, add salt and pepper to taste, cook for 5 minutes
