1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur

Sliced almonds (garnish)

Beat together the cream, sugar, and Amaretto  until stiff peaks form.

Pipe or spread on cooled cupcakes. Top the icing with sliced almonds.
